ahh…Sis its just a few house rules!

BOOKING / DEPOSITS/ RESCHEDULES

A 30-40% deposit is required to book an appt and will be nonrefundable.

You can transfer your deposit up to 1 time within the next 30 days of original appt booked. You can email or send a message in the curl-chat if you do not see availability.

*Transfer of deposit will only apply with reschedules that are done before the 48 hour cancellation window,

Invalid cards on file will automatically terminate service and will result in a block from booking in the future.

48 Hr Cancellation

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel through the booking app or through your confirmation tex/email. If it is after the 48 hr please notify me via email or the curl-chat. Deposit will be lost or a 50% cancellation fee may be charged.

Holiday Cancellation policy

There will be a 7 day cancellation requirement during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year weeks. The same fees and rules apply as the cancellation policy. (This policy will only be in effect and enforced upon stylists discretion, and will be communicated prior to the holiday season.)

Same Day cancellations/ no shows (overnight/less than 10 hr notification)

75-100% fee of original booked appointment. This fee will include loss of original deposit + fees that equal up to 75% of original booked service(s).

Inclement Weather

Houston is known to shut down the city due to inclement weather. More often times than not, we don’t experience anything too serious. If this happens please do not cancel your appt. In the event of bad weather ,I will contact you to reschedule your appt.

Running Late

Life happens, and when it rains, bad driving pours ! If you are running Late , please contact BEFORE your scheduled appointment, not the time of. You may do so by texting me on the Curl Chat

If you are more than 15 min late I will try to accommodate , but a fee and or reduction of services will apply. 25+ minutes late will result in a cancellation and 75% fee of booked services, I WILL NOTIFY YOU 45MIN-1HR LEAD TIME IF I AM RUNNING BEHIND. I WILL START YOUR SERVICES BY THE 15 MIN DELAY TIME. THIS IS TO ENSURE WE ARE BOTH HOLDING UP OUR END OF THE BARGAIN.

No Shows

Are not tolerated and will result in a 100% charge of service and or a possible ban from booking in the future.

Friendly reminders

  • Be sure to be subscribed to the Curl Chat so that you can be contacted for any important updates about your appointment.

  • Books open on the 15th of every month . Last minute availability will be communicated through the Curl Chat or through the Vagaro waitlist.

  • FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR YOUR REMAINING BALANCE: Credit/Debit Card ,Zelle, Cash

  • Due to space limitations and safety, please refrain from bringing big bags/purses/ and backpacks. -

  • PLEASE ARRIVE WITH HAIR DETANGLED IN RESPECT TO TIMING. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE AN APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION OR INCOMPLETE SERVICES. ( I TRY MY BEST TO STAY ON TIME) You may book the 30 min add on to ensure timing.

  • THERE ARE NO CHILDREN OR OTHER GUEST ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVICED.

-A MASK IS OPTIONAL TO WEAR DURING THE DURATION OF YOUR SERVICE.

-IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WHO HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID PLEASE RESCHEDULE! IF YOU ARE WAITING FOR TEST RESULTS PLEASE CANCEL IN ADVANCE TO AVOID LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION. IF I FEEL THAT YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL IT IS UP TO MY DISCRETION TO CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE YOUR APPT.
