what is the CURL CHAT?

Lets just say my business line! A text marketing platform used for optimized communication. The chat is the best way to get in touch with me for any questions and or concerns. All inquiries and or notifications can be sent to this platform or by emailing me. I will send all communication of last min availability, updates, changes ,and any important information regarding the salon or your appointment.

when and how do i book?

Books open at 9am on the 15 of each month. My new guest intake form will open the same day as well. If you don’t see availability , check back in the next 24-48 hrs and or add yourself to the waitlist.

do you have a waitlist?

Yes there is an in-house waitlist on the booking app, that allows you to waitlist yourself. I advise adding as many days you are available for a higher chance of getting booked. The system or I will notify you personally via text or email. YOU MUST BE OPTED IN THE CURL CHAT TO BE CONTACTED.

do you offer emergency appointments?

Yes, these are called Premium bookings that are done outside of my normal working hours and can be accommodated on most days except for Sunday/ Monday and holidays. Premium appts are requested by texting me on the CURL-CHAT or by emailing me. There is a convenience fee for this service. (PREMIUM APPTS ARE CURRENTLY LIMITED AT THE MOMENT)

how do I cancel/ reschedule my appt?

To cancel, its best to use the app or you can cancel through your confirmation text/email. If you are within the 48 hr cancellation policy, the system will notify you to contact me. You may do so via the CURL-CHAT or by email.

do you take walk ins or same day appts?

No all appointments must be made in advance online.

can i get color same day as our first session or with a regular booking service?

A consultation is required prior to booking color services , for proper hair assessment and pre-color formulation.

what products can I use?

All curls have different care requirements, what may work for one person may not work for the next. Coming in to get a proper hair assessment will allow me to provide product recommendations catered to your specific hair needs. I have limited products on hand for purchase, i have online affiliation stores and links where you can purchase suggestive products as well. I will only advise and discuss brands I have used and are familiar with.
